Landscape

Every project requires a different level of involvement. Our appointments are tailored to the client's requirements, with the scope and responsibilities established at the outset.

DESIGN ONLY

A considered design, developed for your chosen team to realise.

For clients who wish to manage execution independently while working with KVA on the design direction.

The agreed scope may include:

  • Brief development and concept design.
  • Spatial planning and design development.
  • Material and finish direction.
  • Agreed moodboards and 3D visualisations.
  • Technical drawings and specifications included in the appointment.

Execution management, procurement and site supervision are excluded unless separately agreed.

DESIGN + SUPERVISION

The design, carried forward with considered oversight.

For clients who want the studio to remain involved as the project moves towards realisation.

The agreed scope may include:

  • Design documentation.
  • Scheduled site visits.
  • Design clarifications with the execution team.
  • Review of relevant materials and details.
  • Design-intent reviews at agreed stages.

This does not automatically include full-time site management or responsibility for all construction activities.

Inclusions, exclusions, commercial responsibilities and programme are defined in the project agreement.
