We don’t simply design spaces. We elevate the way you live.

We work with families, founders and brands who want a space that is unmistakably theirs. We take a limited number of projects, so each receives the same attention from first conversation to final handover.

A second residence, a parents’ home, an office, a showroom: one project should be the beginning of a relationship. We would like to become the design house you return to.

Every project is led personally, with the same people guiding it from the first conversation to the final walkthrough. This continuity allows us to understand each project deeply and carry its original intent through every stage.

Architect & Founder

Kashish Vaidya

Kashish founded the studio in Ahmedabad, guided by the belief that luxury is a level of thought, not a style.

With an architectural education in India and a Master of Architecture from the University of South Australia, his professional experience across Australia and India has shaped a considered approach to space, material, function and the way people experience their surroundings.

Through my practice, I aim to give every project an individual response. I believe in understanding what matters, making considered choices and giving every detail a purpose. From proportion and light to material and functionality, every decision contributes to creating spaces that feel meaningful, balanced and distinctly personal.

It is not gold everywhere, marble everywhere or a chandelier for its own sake. Sometimes it is a room that simply feels right.

Design ideology

How we think about design

A luxury project should feel as though it belongs to the person, family or business that commissioned it.

Luxury, interpreted personally

A luxury home should not look like a catalogue. A luxury office should not look like every other office.

Bespoke, not borrowed

We do not bring a house style. Storage is drawn around what you own, lighting follows how each room is used, and furniture is proportioned to its space. We are the curator of your vision, not the dictator of it.

Buildings that belong to their site

Site, orientation, light and climate lead the design. Massing, plan and material are resolved together, from feasibility to working drawings.

Rooms drawn to be lived in

Space planning, joinery, lighting and finish are designed as one composition, coordinated with services so everything is resolved before it is built.

Chosen to be touched

Stone, timber, metal, glass and fabric are selected against samples, in the light of the room, and detailed with the fabricator.

Nothing is assumed

Twelve approvals keep you informed, involved and calm, and every scope is set out in writing.
